Banana Sorbet with cocoa-coffee sauce;)

On the sunny weather outside, and even though holidays are coming to an end, and so a positive attitude is essential. Yesterday I had the idea to prepare for today's banana sorbet, it was necessary to take care of him yesterday, because the same freezing takes an awful lot of time. And at night it is best not to eat too much :) And today, after returning from church, the dessert just in time ...


Ingredients:

Sorbet:

- Six or seven major banana
- Water boiled
- Sugar


Sauce:

- 4-5 tsp sweet cocoa
- 1 level tsp instant coffee
- 2-3 tsp of milk


How to make?:


1st. Prepare a medium or large bowl.
2nd. Peel the banana from the skin, and slice them into small pieces.
3rd. Then take a blender and make purée.
4th. Then add burning water and continue mixing. Add water as desired.
5th. Finally, add sugar to taste. Bananas are sweet, so don't add
too much sugar.
6th. Pour the resulting mass of banana in a plastic box with a lid.

And then put the box in the freezer. From time to time (about an hour) remove the box to

How to make sauce?:


1st. Pour into a small bowl turn cocoa and coffee.
