Fruit and vegetable smoothie :)

As promised in today's first scrap (for cappuccino), I just start to add suggestions for those counting calories.

On muggy outside, and how can both improve the well-being and quench your thirst, satisfy hunger, and also did not get too much weight? Lots of questions, one answer: COCKTAILS.

But why did they? Well, they are filling meals, good for those who drink little water. These drinks are prepared with milk, fruit or vegetables, and are not much more than 100 calories. Already good start:] Dairy smoothies are a rich source of calcium, which helps very slimming, while fruit and vegetable smoothies have a lot of B vitamins, they are essential to absorb proteins, fats and carbohydrates, so you speed up the process of metabolism in the body. It is interesting that the diet cocktail cleanses the body of toxins, which significantly increases the chances of losing weight :)

My first suggestion is Fruit and Vegetable Cocktail:

Ingredients: 

- 3 medium-large carrots
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- Teaspoon of honey

Preparation:

If you have a juicer: Peel the carrots, then wipe off the grater. Banana peel, orange or then throw all the ingredients into the juicer. Finally, add a teaspoon of honey, can be Multi, and mix. Cocktail is ready to be served.

However, if you want to use the blender, the carrots also need to grate, and the fruit, cut into small or medium-sized pieces, add honey and mix. :)
